The smaller hamsters do have a hard time trying to push the ball on the carpet :-) I'm thinking about buying those <a href="http://www.petco.com/product/102854/Super-Pet-Hamtrac-for-Small-Animals.aspx" rel="nofollow">tracks for the run-about balls</a>.
