I don't think we can teach chins to clean themselves; it's just something natural that they do. They clean themselves almost everyday (if not, every other day). If you start noticing that they don't, you might have to check that they don't have fur rings around their private parts. And that can be tricky, because some chins can tolerate you trying to squeeze their private parts, some don't. That’s alright
